The POLO® Story

A cool, crunchy mint with a hole through the middle? It’s got to be POLO® (like polar, get it?). Our legendary ‘mint with a hole’ has been a household favourite since it was launched by Rowntree’s® in 1948. They joined our Nestlé Confectionery family soon after. Fun and fruity POLO® fruits followed in 1953, and our range has been evolving ever since.

Whether you’re a cruncher or a sucker (we don’t judge here), the original recipe POLO® made with real peppermint oil, delivers on cool spearmint freshness.

Have you tried our sugar-free collection yet? Our POLO® Sugar Free range is accredited by the Oral Health Foundation, allowing you to enjoy all the refreshing moments while helping keep your mouth healthy!

On the hole, it’s always handy to keep a POLO® tube at the ready to freshen up your breath or provide refreshing moments when you need them most.

You can find them at the majority of supermarkets and online retailers.

Why Are Some of My POLO® Mints Broken?

Yes, POLO® foil and paper packaging is recyclable, and the multipack films are recyclable in store. Please follow the recycling instructions on the packaging.

Why Has the Pack Size of POLO® Been Reduced from 5 Packs to 3 Packs?

We sometimes need to change pack sizes due to factors like production costs and consumer demand. We strive to offer the best value while maintaining product quality.

What is the Oral Health Foundation Approved Stamp on POLO® Sugar Free products?

Products with the ‘Approved’ logo are independently verified as a useful aid in oral health. POLO® Sugar Free mints carry the Oral Health Foundation’s seal of approval.
