If you’re on the hunt for cheesecake recipes, then you’ve come to the right place! We’ve rounded up four great recipes from Milkybar®, Aero® and Smarties® that are simple to make and delicious to eat. But first, let’s talk cheesecake. There are two main types: baked and no-bake cheesecake recipes. While baked cheesecakes can be finicky and tricky to master, no-bake cheesecakes are quick and easy, which means no stress. Luckily, all of today’s recipes are no-bake, no fuss.

For a basic no-bake cheesecake, the premise is simple – all you need is a handful of ingredients. Crushed biscuits and melted butter or baking spread form the base, while the filling is made from whipped cream cheese and icing sugar, folded together. Simply pop it in the fridge to set and in just a few short hours, you’ll be able to add the topping, whether that’s a blackcurrant compote, fresh fruit or something chocolatey.

But if you’re here for inventive ideas from your favourite Nestlé confectionery brands, here are four recipes to try today. And if you’d like more baking and craft ideas, recipes and inspiration delivered straight to your inbox, sign up to our newsletter.

Four easy no-bake cheesecake recipes

1. Milkybar® Frozen Berry Mini Cheesecake Pops

Kicking off our list is a fun and easy cheesecake recipe that’s cool, creamy and bursting with berry flavours. With the help of the freezer and a little DIY ingenuity, these come together fast, and there are plenty of moments for the kids to help out. The recipe follows the basic outline for a no-bake cheesecake but takes a few tasty twists and turns.

Melted Milkybar® is poured into an ice cube tray and placed in the freezer to firm up. The cheesecake mixture is whipped, and fresh berries are folded in. The mixture is then spooned into the ice cube tray and topped with a buttery biscuit crumble. Straws or lollipop sticks are inserted into the pops before they hit the freezer to set. These Milkybar® Frozen Berry Mini Cheesecake Pops are a treat for the tastebuds on a hot summer day!

2. Smarties® Sporty Mini Cheesecakes

Great for sport-themed parties or a school sports day treat, these Smarties® Sporty Mini Cheesecakes are crunchy, creamy and colourful. You’ll have fun drawing the sporting heroes with the black writing icing while the kids get to add the vibrant Smarties® and complete each masterpiece!

To whip up a batch, simply follow the no-bake cheesecake formula and add a splash of vanilla extract for extra deliciousness. Press the biscuit base into an individual, loose-bottom sandwich tin and top with the mixture. Use a palette knife or the blunt edge of a dinner knife to smooth the top and pop them into the fridge to set. Once set, pipe on your sporty people and finish with colourful Smarties®.

Always whip your cream to stiff peaks so your cheesecake filling sets perfectly.

3. Aero® Orange Mini Cheesecakes

This collaboration with Movers & Bakers combines smooth cheesecake with the bubbly chocolate and citrus zing of Aero® orange. For extra flavour and pizzazz, the recipe uses pieces of our Aero® Orange Bar alongside Aero® Orange Melts. Each gorgeous cheesecake is topped with whipped cream and finished with chopped Aero® Orange and two Melts. Want to make someone’s day? This chocolate cheesecake recipe is all you need.

Melted Aero® is added to the no-bake filling to give this cheesecake its rich chocolate colour and flavour. Chopped Aero® is then folded through the mixture for a tasty, textural contrast.

These Aero® Orange Mini Cheesecakes are rich, decadent and a chocolate lover's dream. Like our Smarties® Sporty Mini Cheesecakes, this recipe requires either mini cheesecake moulds or a loose-bottom sandwich tin, but you can also use cupcake cases in a standard cupcake tray in a pinch.

4. Milkybar® and Raspberry Mini Cheesecake Pots

For a fun and effortless dessert or brunch treat, these Milkybar® and Raspberry Mini Cheesecake Pots are quick to make. Your kids will love seeing the different coloured layers appear as they come together. The filling is made from a blend of cream cheese for richness, Greek yoghurt for tang and melted Milkybar® for sweetness.

Get the kids involved by bashing the biscuits and squashing the raspberries while you prepare the mixture. To assemble, simply pop the biscuits into a mason jar, top with the creamy cheesecake mixture and finish with fresh raspberries for a tart zing to complement the richness.

Questions?
Can cheesecakes be frozen?

Sure! You can freeze these cheesecakes for up to three months in an airtight container – with the exception of the Milkybar® White Chocolate Cheesecake Pops, which store in the freezer for two weeks and can be eaten as a lolly, without defrosting. To serve normal cheesecakes, defrost them in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.

Does cheesecake need icing sugar?

The icing sugar both sweetens your cheesecake and helps thicken the mixture, which ensures it sets in the fridge.

How long do cheesecakes take to set?

Cheesecakes take about 4-5 hours to set in the fridge – ideally, leave them overnight. Don’t be tempted to use the freezer unless the recipe states. While this will speed up the process, it will also freeze the base and make it harder to eat!

How do I know when my cheesecakes are ready?

A gentle poke with your finger will reveal if your cheesecakes are firm.
