

A quick and easy recipe for Milkybar® Cookies and Cream fudge. Why not package this up and give as a gift?
You'll need:
- 450g MILKYBAR Cookies & Cream
- 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
Each piece of fudge contains:
of an adult’s Reference Intake (RI)*
Energy per 100g: 1894kJ/431kcal
*Reference Intake of an average adult (8400kJ/2000kcal).
Portions should be adjusted for children of different ages.
Recipe
- Line a brownie tray or plate with greaseproof paper and leave to one side.
- Break or chop the chocolate into small chunks and place in a non-stick saucepan with the condensed milk.
- Melt the ingredients gently over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and silky.
- Pour into the tin and leave to set for 1 hour in the fridge.
- When the fudge is set, remove from the tin and cut into pieces.
- Share and enjoy.
