You'll need:

  • 225g caster sugar
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 225g light buttery spread, melted
  • 150g plain flour, sifted
  • 120g Milkybar® Buttons, chopped
  • 80g Carnation® Caramel

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.
  2. Grease and line a 20cm x 10cm rectangular baking tray.
  3. Beat together the sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the melted light buttery spread a little at a time, making sure each addition of buttery spread is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Add the Carnation® Caramel and mix well.
  6. Add the flour and carefully fold it into the mixture.
  7. Add the chopped Milkybar® Buttons and carefully fold them into the mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and level out.
  9. Place the tray into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the blondie comes out clean. Set aside to cool.

Tips to involve little Farmers

Greasing the tray can be a great way to get kids to help. Small fingers can get into little corners and you don’t have to worry about anything being too hot.
