Recipe

  1. Carefully sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberries evenly into the heart moulds and put to one side.
  2. Into a bowl, break the Milkybar® Block into small pieces.
  3. Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit the bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan, not touching the water.
  4. Keeping the water at a temperature barely simmering, stir the chocolate occasionally until melted. Now remove the bowl from the pan. Careful, the bowl may be hot!
  5. Using a spoon, carefully fill the moulds with the melted Milkybar®, filling each heart to its top.
  6. Once all the hearts are filled, carefully give the mould a little wiggle to make sure the chocolate has distributed evenly across the moulds.
  7. Pop the now filled mould into the fridge and let your chocolates set for a couple of hours.
  8. Once the Milkybar® has set, carefully push your chocolates from the moulds.
  9. Share and enjoy!
