PLUS, for your chance to win £/€100 in our daily prize draws, visit www.aerochocolate.co.uk/lost-bubbles and enter your full name, email address, country, county and last 4 digits of your pack barcode for a chance to win £/€100 between 21.04.2025-13.07.2025. There are a further 3 x £/€100 prizes available to be won in each of the 2 late entry prize draws (6 prizes in total, ending 22.11.25 and 20.04.26)
- For your chance to win one of 10 x £/€10,000 prizes, you must purchase a participating promotional Aero® pack (whilst stock lasts). Any lucky bar, bag or bubbles will contain a winning insert with details on how to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed by 23:59 20.04.2026.
- For your chance to win £/€100 in our daily prize draws, the Aero® The Lost Bubbles main promotional period is open between 21.04.2025 - 13.07.2025. Entries are permitted between 00:00 and 23:59 each day, for each entry, you must have purchased a promotional product.
- There are two late entry periods.
- Each daily entry submitted between 00:00 14.07.2025 – 23:59 22.11.2025 will be entered into the 1st late entry period draw.
- Each daily entry submitted between 00:00 23.11.2025 – 23:59 20.04.2026 will be entered into the 2nd late entry period draw.

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.
You must purchase a promotional Aero® pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.aerochocolate.co.uk/lost-bubbles to enter for a chance to win daily prizes or if you have found a Aero® bubble-less bar/bag/bubbles with a winning insert, follow the instructions on the insert.
The entry requirements are the same across all participating regions.
Yes, please keep your promotional pack and receipt as they will be required for prize claim should you be a winner.
If you are a winner of one of the bubble-less Aero® bar, bag or bubbles, please keep your promotional pack, receipt and winning insert as they will be required for prize claim. The bubble-less product can be kept or eaten.
To enter the daily prize draws or a late entry draw, you need to enter your full name, email address, country, county and the last 4 digits of your pack barcode for a chance to win £/€100.
If you are a winner of one of the bubble-less Aero® packs, you will need to follow the instructions on the winning insert to claim your £/€10,000 cash prize.
Barcodes can be found printed on the back/base of your promotional packaging. Here is an example:
While barcodes will always be printed on the outside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened.
If you require assistance locating or determining the digits of your barcode you can contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).
Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last 4 digits of your barcode exactly as it appears on the pack. You can enter a maximum of once per day. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).
1. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same last 4 digits of the barcode again.
2. If your entry was successful and you are a winner, you will receive an email confirming next step instructions within 2 working days.
3. If you are not a winner, you will not receive an email from us.
4. If you have entered after 23:59 13.07.2025 and before 23:59 20.04.26, then you will be entered into one of the late entry draws and will receive a message on screen confirming you have been entered into a late entry draw.
Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.
Only residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.
There is a maximum of 1 entry per person per day. There is a maximum of 1 prize type per person and a maximum of 1 prize per household.
By submitting your bank details (Irish bank details will be required for any Ireland winners), winners are accepting responsibility that the cash is safe to be transferred to their chosen account.

Prizes
There are 10 x £/€10,000 cash prizes available to be won via randomly seeded winning packs for the duration of the promotion.
There is a total of 84 x £/€100 cash prizes to be won throughout the main promotional period (1 per day for 84 days of the main promotional period).
There are an additional 6 x £/€100 prizes available in the late entry draws (3 per prize draw).
If you are a winner of the daily prize draw, you will be notified via email within 2 working days.
If you are a winner of one of the bubble-less Aero® packs, you will need to call the number featured on the winning insert and will need to provide personal details to verify the prize claim.
Once you have submitted your details and when they have been verified you will receive your prize via BACs. Please allow for 7 working days for the prize to show up in a bank account following the valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
Winners of the daily and late entry prize draws will be contacted via email to the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the corresponding draw date and will have 14 days to confirm required details in order to claim their prize.
If you do not respond within 14 days of initial contact, you reject the prize or are ineligible, then the prize won’t be seen as successfully claimed, and the prize will be forfeited.
You will receive your prize via BACS transfer following your win verification. Please allow for 7 working days for the prize to show up in a bank account following the valid claim and the completion of the verification process.
Once you have entered the promotion, you cannot cancel your prize. However, you can choose not to accept the prize.
