We're buzzing to make this craft! If you want a fun way to reuse your SMARTIES paper packaging then fly no further - and no, we're not pollen your legs! This super fun bumblebee and hive craft will definitely keep you buzzy on a rainy day!

Video Tutorial

You will need:

• Empty SMARTIES Tubes
• Scissors
• Glue
• Yellow Sticky Paper or Yellow Paint
• Black Sticky Paper or Black Pens or Paint
• Paper
• Card

Step-by-step

1. Cut through a SMARTIES tube approx. 1 inch from both ends, cut a small triangular piece out of one of the off cuts so you can easily slot them together.
2. Cover the tube in yellow sticky paper or use yellow paint.
3. Add the bees black stripes using black sticky paper or black paint
4. Add wings to the bee using paper and glue to the top.
5. Add your bees' facial details using a pen.
6. Cut sections of smarties tubes approx 1.5inches long.
7. Cover the pieces in yellow sticky paper or yellow paint.
8. Glue the pieces together to form a honeycomb and then attach to a piece of card.
9. Now add your bees on to your beehive! 🐝
